Stats/Power form
Age: 19-ish! It’s not a solid bet since you don’t get birthdays in dystopialand when your mommy doesn’t love you, but he’s in that range.
Height: 5’3
Weight: Slightly underweight! Not as bad as it was, but he’s still skinny as.
Eyes: Neon and unnatural amber! He has your basic eyeball cyborg upgrades, so permanent contact lenses. Who needs their original corneas? Not this dude.
Hair: Auburn, messy.
Appearance: PB is pretty accurate! Pretty boy, small build with lean muscles, looks mixed race, but with a washed out pallor. It's almost like he's never seen the sun in his life. Alllmoooosttt.
Has weapon calluses on his hands, hidden scars on his shoulder where someone almost sawed it off, and sharp, pointy teeth.
Character Name: "March Hare" (Mildred)
Unit: ?
Description of powers: March is a cyborg, like 99.9999% of the people from his world! He can act as a personal computer- IMing people, recording videos, webcam chat, whatever. Beyond that he also has the ability to connect with (and possibly control) machines. He can plug into- well, the matrix essentially. .
Physically, he has enhancements that give him exceptional speed and hearing (hence the 'March Hare' designation), making him one hell of an acrobatic knife fighter. He can get up to and past Bruce Lee fast, and overclock into supernatural 'hard for the eye to track' speeds. While not quite flawless echolocation levels, beyond 'being able to hear things behind closed doors/on the other side of the building' and being almost impossible to sneak up on, he can fight in pitch black environments with minimal problems.
Strength/Extent of powers: A fragile speedster
Innate: Yes!
Effect of the powercap: March will overheat his implants and run out of energy way faster than he normally would, and heavy overclocking would physically burn him out and lead to damage. If he overclocks his hearing too much he will likely go deaf for a short amount of time!
CYBORG NOTES:
March has a whole bunch of implants and what not, which is very normal for his world! But notably his is a mix of extremely low-tier budget basement stuff and high quality junk.
For example, the contacts that allow him to see into VR/coding/otherwise act as a computer screen were done via backyard butcher level eye surgery. While common to people of his area (Which is to say, 'so low the gutter looks down on them') and way above 2012 tech, it's extremely crude in comparison to the delicate nanotechnology that gives him hearing and speed boosts.
As his brain/nervous system/everything is basically connected flawlessly into machinery, March can be hacked and controlled by an extremely advanced hacker type. However if this ever... somehow comes up talk to me because he will put you on his 'killkillkill' list.
